Zillow Flex Experience 2025

Zillow Flex Experience 2025 brought Zillow's partner community together at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for a general session and the first-ever Zillow Excellence Awards. Knock Out worked directly with Zillow's internal events and content teams, with a Knock Out producer embedded as Flex Assistant Executive Producer. There was no agency in the middle. Knock Out worked inside Zillow's own onboarding, weekly meetings, and Slack channels, and sat on headset at front of house during the show.

Knock Out managed and organized the content on this show but did not create it. Zillow wrote the scripts and voice-over copy, and its creative partners built the awards animations, title slides, and videos. Knock Out collected decks, motion graphics, videos, and interstitials for AV, proofed decks and scripts, tracked versions, reviewed award names, titles, and photos for accuracy, and bridged the content and technical teams.

On the production side, Knock Out kept the show flow current, built and maintained the technical run of show, and coordinated main stage AV with the AV vendor. Rehearsals covered offstage and onstage run-throughs, cue-to-cue, speaker warm-ups, and a look-and-listen with the client. Knock Out also coordinated with vendors across AV and staging, captioning, special effects, and photography.

The Zillow Excellence Awards were new this year, with eleven categories, three nominees in each, and a winner reveal. Knock Out supported staging and presenter movement, winners staged downstairs and brought to the stage, award timing, and recording coordination. Live captioning and a full-stage recording were set up for the ceremony.
