Big Agency Expertise. Boutique Agility. No Unnecessary Overhead.
Here's exactly why Knock Out Productions is built differently, and why that benefits you.
How We're Built
Knock Out Productions operates as a boutique executive production company with a deliberately lean core and a deep, trusted network of experienced production professionals we've worked with for years. We don't maintain a large permanent staff. We don't own equipment or facilities. And we don't pass those costs on to you.
What we do instead is build the right team for each specific project, drawing from a network of producers, show callers, technical directors, content managers, production managers, and event professionals who we know and trust because we've worked alongside them in the field. Every engagement gets a purposefully curated team, not a generic bench.
This model gives our clients something that large agencies can rarely offer: the senior expertise of a seasoned Executive Producer, the precision of a hand-picked team, and the efficiency of a lean operation, at a cost that reflects the actual scope of the work.
The Knock Out Difference
Our roots are in live theatre, where there are no second takes, every cue is sacred, and the audience experience is the only thing that matters. That discipline carries through everything we do. It's why we think about show flow differently, why we approach audience journey with the same intentionality a director brings to a production, and why our execution holds up under pressure.
THEATRE TRAINED PRECISION
Stephanie Jayko, CSEP, CED holds two of the industry's most recognized professional certifications: the Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation, held by fewer than 1% of event professionals worldwide, and the Certified Event Designer (CED), a globally recognized certification in strategic event design methodology. These are not honorary titles. They represent a demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of the profession.
INDUSTRY CERTIFIED EXPERTISE
We don't ask clients to adapt to our process. We integrate into yours. Whether you're an agency managing a complex client relationship, a production company running multiple shows simultaneously, or a brand building your event program from scratch, we adapt to your structure, your communication style, and your standards.
WE WORK INSIDE YOUR WORLD
15 years of building relationships in this industry means we know who to call for virtually any production need, anywhere in the country. Our vendor and partner relationships are long-standing, built on mutual trust, and in many cases allow us to deliver efficiencies and access that newer operators simply can't match.
A NETWORK THAT RUNS DEEP
SENIOR LEADERSHIP AT EVERY ENGAGEMENT
Every Knock Out Productions engagement is led at the Executive Producer level. You're not handed off to a junior team member after the sales conversation. The person you talk to is the person who owns your show.
We can own the full event or activate a single room. We can provide an EP for a 5,000-person general session or a show caller for a 200-person product launch. Our ability to operate at both the full-event and program level means we fit into engagements that a full-service agency cannot.
FLEXIBLE AT ANY SCALE
Productions We've Been Part Of
Over 15 years, Knock Out Productions has contributed senior production leadership to events for some of the world's most recognized brands and alongside some of the industry's most respected agencies and production companies.

Built for Agencies and Brands Alike
Knock Out Productions occupies a unique position in the production landscape. We work with event and marketing agencies as a trusted production partner when they need senior talent on demand. We work with production companies as a crew extension for specific projects or roles. And we work directly with corporate brands and internal teams as the production partner who owns the show.
This dual positioning is intentional. It means our experience spans both worlds, and it makes us a more effective partner regardless of which side of the table you're sitting on.
