Built on Stage. Refined in the Boardroom. Delivered Everywhere.

Knock Out Productions was built on one conviction: that extraordinary events don't happen by accident. They happen because the right people, with the right expertise, showed up and owned every detail.

The Knock Out Story

Stephanie Jayko, CEO of Knock Out Productions

Stephanie Jayko, CSEP, CED didn't start her career in corporate events. She started it in the theatre.

As a Production Coordinator and Stage Manager for theatrical productions across the country, Stephanie developed something that would define everything that came after: an obsessive attention to the details that make an audience forget they're watching a production at all. The cue that lands perfectly. The transition that feels seamless. The moment the room holds its breath.

When she made the move into corporate events, joining an agency as a Production Assistant on an event for IHG, she brought all of that theatrical precision with her, and quickly realized she had found something rare: a world where the stakes were just as high, the audiences just as deserving, and the opportunity to create genuinely transformative experiences just as real.

Over the next 15 years, Stephanie rose through the industry, building a reputation as a senior Executive Producer capable of owning the full scope of a production, from pre-production strategy through final load-out, or stepping in to lead a specific room, program, or keynote within a larger conference. She became the person agencies called when they needed someone who could operate at the highest level without needing to be managed.

Knock Out Productions was born from a simple realization: the expertise, the relationships, and the network Stephanie had built over a decade and a half, combined with the caliber of artists and technicians she had worked alongside, was something clients deserved direct access to. Not through an intermediary. On purpose. With intention.

Today, Knock Out Productions partners with event agencies, production companies, and corporate brands to deliver senior production leadership at any scale, for any audience, anywhere in the world.

our values

Clarity in communication icon representing transparent communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective coordination throughout event production.

COLLABORATIVE BY DESIGN

The best events are built by teams that trust each other. We operate as a genuine partner to every agency, brand, and creative team we work with, integrating into your world rather than imposing our process on it.

Accountability in execution icon representing reliable event production, quality assurance, and responsible project management from planning through execution.

accountability in execution

We own our scope completely. From the first production call to the final load-out, we don't pass the buck or disappear when things get complicated. The mark of a great production partner is how they show up when it matters most.

Collaborative event production icon representing teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and coordinated event planning for successful project delivery.

clarity in communication

We believe the most underrated skill in event production is communication that's clear, timely, and free of ambiguity. Every stakeholder, from the client to the crew, should always know what's happening and what's expected. Confusion is a production risk we don't accept.

why i do what i do

“There's a magic that happens when you create something from nothing. When you can create order out of chaos. When you can be a part of something so big that your audience gets lost in the moment, immersed in the experience. It's like creating a whole new world, if only for one day. Or one event.”
