AT A GLANCE:
Webflow Conf 2026
Webflow Conf 2026 took over the Omni Boston Seaport with a main-stage keynote, breakout stages, and FlowTV, Webflow's own broadcast channel for the online audience. Kristina Gafanha of Gafanha & Associates brought Knock Out onto the project in July to produce FlowTV on behalf of edgefactory. As Producer and content lead, Knock Out ran the weekly planning calls with Webflow's video and broadcast team and became edgefactory's primary FlowTV contact through show week. Knock Out managed and organized all of the content that ran on FlowTV; the content itself was created by Webflow and its partners.
FlowTV was a demanding room: a combined ballroom with a talk-show-style set, a podcast setup, and a stage that had to reset in minutes between sessions. Knock Out built the broadcast playbook that held it together, including a content flow and run of show for both broadcast days and a repeatable session format of bumper, title card, live session, bundled interstitials, and an up-next slate. When assets arrived as short clips instead of finished blocks, Knock Out worked with edgefactory's editors to string them into broadcast-ready packages before show days.
Before the audience arrived, a pre-record day captured host wraparounds and a roving-reporter walkthrough scouted interview locations, so show days could focus on live execution. FlowTV ran for two broadcast days, mixing live panels, sessions, and podcast conversations with customer stories, roving-reporter interviews, and replays, and pointing viewers to the main stage at key moments. A Production Utility Assistant from Knock Out supported the room across every discipline, from scenic build and lighting to audio. Afterward, Knock Out handed final show files to edgefactory.
Special thanks to Kristina Gafanha and the edgefactory team.
