Our Engagement Process

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a proposal. We want to understand your event, your goals, your team structure, and what success looks like before we talk about scope or timeline. This is where we figure out whether we're the right fit and how we can be most useful to you.

1 - The conversation

Once we understand what you're building, we define the scope of our engagement clearly: roles, responsibilities, deliverables, timeline, and communication structure. This is the foundation that everything else is built on, and we take it seriously. No ambiguity going into a show.

2 - SCOPE & ALIGNMENT

The real work begins here. Depending on the scope, this includes vendor management, production timeline development, team assembly, show flow development, stakeholder communication, site visits, technical planning, and everything else that needs to happen before the first load-in truck arrives.

3 - PRE-PRODUCTION

As the event approaches, the pace accelerates and our ownership deepens. We manage the final production sprint, lead rehearsals, coordinate the technical team, resolve last-minute changes, and make sure every element is ready to perform when the doors open.

4 - PRODUCTION SPRINT & REHEARSALS

This is what everything has been building toward. We're on the ground, owning the show, calling the cues, managing the crew, and keeping the client confident. When something unexpected happens, and it always does, we handle it. That's what you hired us for.

5 - ON-SITE EXECUTION

The show isn't over when the audience leaves. We manage post-event wrap, vendor reconciliation, documentation, and debrief. We give you a clear picture of how the production performed and what to carry forward into the next one.
