Docusign FY27 Global Kickoff

Docusign's FY27 Global Kickoff brought the company together at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for two days of keynotes in the BleauLive Theater, preceded by the company's first Global Partner Day. Czarnowski Collective served as the main production partner for the event and brought Knock Out in to lead the production execution and content management. Knock Out's team covered executive production, associate production and deck management, show calling, graphics operation, and production support for the Partner Day breakout rooms.

Knock Out managed and organized the content on this show. Docusign built its presentations and the agency team wrote the scripts. Knock Out converted finished decks into show-ready files, timed and versioned the keynote scripts as changes came in, and kept the teleprompter, graphics, and playback aligned with what was on stage. Show calling ran across the rehearsal days and both show days, so cues were set and rehearsed before the audience arrived.

The timeline was tight. Load-in ran through specific docks and a security checkpoint, theater access opened the morning before rehearsals, and prompter placement had to be adjusted around balcony seating. Partner Day ran its breakouts back to back in the Marine rooms, so each reset had to be quick and each session ready on time. Knock Out kept every piece moving together, from executive keynotes to partner programming.
